Eagles Volleyball vs. Cornell

The 7th grade volleyball team improved their record to 2-1 Monday night. The Eagles upset Cornell in 2 games 25-18 and 25-8. Destiney Riley led the way for the Eagles with 10 points and 2 aces. Molly Ruddy added 7 points and 5 aces. Kenzie Roahrig and Ashley Harfst each contributed 5 points and 2 aces to the win. Cassie Einhaus had 4 points and 2 aces. Bailee Osborn added 2 points and 2 aces. Hannah Slown had 1 point. The Eagles served 90% as a team! Great effort girls!
Our 8th grade Eagles grabbed their first victory of the season by beating Cornell in 3 games 25-14, 24-26, and 25-22. Leading the way for the team was Bethany Horrie with 15 points and 4 aces. Becca Lee added 8 points and 3 aces on the night. Rachel Brakeville had 5 points and 2 aces. Danielle Miller and Anna Landstrom both added 4 points. Sarah Albertson had 3 points and Kaitlin Garcia added 2 points. Great win Eagles!!
