Mazon Takes 2 From Eagles

Saunemin travelled to Mazon on Tuesday in Jr. High boys basketball action with the host Mavericks coming away with 2 wins.
In the 7th grade contest, MVK knocked off the Eagles 41-27.
Kyle Eggenberger led 8 Eagle scorers with 7 points. Others scoring were Trevor Fox with 5, Eric Zega, Micheil Shelby & Ashton Mays with 3, and Tyler Carley, Austin Graves & Tyler Lowe scored 2 points each.
The Mavericks 8th grade took the final contest of the night, 50-21.
Zak Holtz-Robisky scored 8 points to lead Saunemin. Others scoring were Garrison Green and Michael Walker with 4, Logan Henady with 3, and Colin Danforth with 2 points.
