Final Four Semis Highlight First Four Games as Championship Saturday Approaches

Tri-Point and Holy Trinity's 5th grade kick off Championship Saturday at the 20th Annual Coca-Cola Classic 5/6 Tournament in the first of 2 Consolation Championship semi-final games. Game 1 start time is 9:00 AM, and will be followed by Crescent City and Ridgeview at 10:15.
The 11:30 contest will feature the host Eagles of Saunemin and Woodland, in the first Final Four contest. Holy Trinity's 6th grade and Flanagan round out the 2nd Final Four contest at 12:45. The winners will play for the Tournament Championship at 7:00 Saturday night.
Flanagan and Woodland are making their first ever Final Four appearance in the tournament. This is Saunemin's 3rd Final Four since the tournament expanded to 16 teams. Their one title in 1994 was in an 8-team tournament. Holy Trinity is attempting to become the 2nd school with 5 Coca-Cola Classic titles. St. Marys of Pontiac has captured 5 tourney titles in the tournament's 20 year existence.
At 2:00 PM, the Consolation 3/4 Place game will be played between the losers of the 9:00 & 10:15 games. The 3:15 contest is the tournament's 5th Place game featuring the winners from Friday night's late games. The Consolation Championship will start at approximately 4:30 between the winners of the 9:00 & 10:15 games. The Tournament's 3/4 Place game gets underway at 5:45 with the Tournament Championship getting started at 7:00.
