Welcome! I am the first grade teacher here at Saunemin Elementary. I graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Elementary Education in 2004. After graduation I worked as an instructional aide for two years, one here at SGS. I am now in my fourth year of teaching and loving it! I recently started a master's program at Olivet Nazarene University and in June 2010 will graduate with a Master's in Education-Reading Specialist degree. I also am one of the teachers for the after school reading program and summer school.
I live in Pontiac with my husband Matt who is a software engineer and our daughter Kate. We enjoy spending time with our chihuahua Maggie and our cat Jack.
